Discussion Notes | |||||||
Q1. In what ways have we like Mary Jo experienced new beginnings? Q2. She invites us to explore gratitude. What sorts of gratefulness might we better notice in our lives? Many mentioned that gratitude indeed was a regular spiritual experience. Some considered there was a difference between Leddy's "New Beginnings" and just regular beginnings. If New Beginnings were life altering, ordinary beginnings were often both significant and welcome. We have to live gratitude. When life changing events happened, gratitude came to the fore. |

Closing by Gerry | |||||||
He had acquired his copy of Radical Gratitude from a Nun in a Catholic BookClub
a few years back, and had written many marginal notes commenting on Mary
Jo Leddy's ideas. She had also tucked in a lovely prayer that Gerry read,
"Praying a New Story". Michael Morwood.
